To do that, it has to match the heat your house loses, room by room, on a cold day. The survey gives us that figure, and the rest of the design follows from it. - **Survey the house**: We measure each room and record the walls, windows, loft and floor insulation and ventilation, along with your existing radiators and pipework. - **Work out the heat loss**: Each room gets its own heat loss figure.
