Turn the water off at the stopcock. It is usually under the kitchen sink, or where the supply pipe comes into the house. Then phone 0141 673 4773.

Keep clear of it. Switch off at the fuse box if you can reach it safely, and don't touch wet sockets or switches.
No heating or hot water
Phone us and we will tell you what we can do. We arrange any gas work through an engineer we work with.

Get everyone outside, don't use switches or naked flames, and call the National Gas Emergency Service straight away.
